The location is perfect. Staff exceptional, facilities outstanding and very clean. Nothing to report, could not fault our stay.

Comfort and location Pool too cold to swim in and front desk staff charged me for the whole stay when l had already paid for it through bookings.com. Waited long time for room when hotel not fully booked

Loved the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Fantastic location right next to theatres and designer shops and public transport. Bed was very comfortable and having booked a twin room enjoyed having two sinks in the bathroom, where shower was able to be turned up very hot. One small bottle of free water. Spent a second night at the Novotel at Melbourne airport and the hotels were chalk and cheese, with the Westin so much nicer, however I had an early flight out so it was convenient. Additional sparkling water complimentary would have been nice or larger bottle of still water.

Central position, has valet parking, beautiful atmosphere, breakfast magnificent, lovely views. Our check in was 3 pm and we were told the room was getting final inspection it would be another 30 minutes. We sat and waited. Then I checked at 3.30 pm and they said another 5 minutes but it was 3.45 pm when it was ready. Whilst waiting staff serving in the lounge looked bored, didnt come over to ask if we needed anything to drink.

Location of hotel On arrival assigned room was not fully functional in room safe broken in room telephone not operational turned out to be un plugged. After some time was assigned another room no water no bathroom amenities These maybe small issues but world travellers on the move do not always pack shaving dental accessories knowing that staying in branded high end properties these are complimentary Room compliance and operating standard is a housekeeping accountability again expected for a property of the level For 500.0 dollars per night expect everything to be on point no staff shortages glitches system errors
