At least there are plenty of dishes,,plates,,bowls,,cups,,cutlery,,as I had my own breakfast meals with me. And the wireless chargers in your room are awesome too,,with a built-in digital clock display! Not much more really,,it,s like first class hospitality. Only the elevator may b a bit slow to response calls when u need it.

Great central location, friendly staff. Many people using few bathrooms so they were often taken. Also were regularly cleaned but still a bit gross.

?❌ BED BUG ALERT ❌? coverups and my evidence of a recorded phone call with manager The location The bedbug infestation around the property most people are in denial or move in and out so fast they don't pick up on the sheer volume of this Infestation I am the whistleblower I have a 15 minute audio of me and staff refusing to give me the managers full name "he said it was illegal' to give the managers name all the staff where sheepish and scared to talk like there is a evil boss who has told everyone to keep it hush. Add me in Facebook for my audio with managers my name on Facebook Sam Devine They claim there protocol for bedbug outbreaks after I show them 100s of bites that I need to send a email. I said they need to get a bed bug exterminator to sort it out They will try brush it over and do nothing because it's bad for business There is HVAC running 8 floors and I have seen people on the 7th floor with red walts like mine in there face where there head would meet he pillow I would say the whole hostel is crawling I have a 15 minute audio of the conversation I had with the selfie and evil staff here trying to cover this situation up. I will send this to the health authorities and I wont Stop until I recent a report of proof of bedbug exterminatora on site The way the staff spoke to me I will not let this slide Avoid and I feel sorry for how many bedbugs this hostel has helped spread around MELBOURNE and Australia.

Get the balcony room Slow elevators, extra charge for everything, felt like a money making machine for non-repeat customers.

Friendly staff, new building, gorgeous roof top Bedroom was small, and there was no possibility to control the temperature nor stop the ventilation (very noisy 24 hours).

We loved the location since it was within the free tram zone and very walkable in addition to that. The staff were friendly and the beds in our double room were really comfortable. The hostel offers different activities everyday which makes it easy to connect with other travelers. The cleanliness in the bathrooms wasn’t exceptional but pretty normal for a hostel. The ac was pretty loud and we needed some time to adjust it to the perfect temperature.

Love the view at the roof top. Love the fitness center and movie theater l. There’s was a cockroach at the shared kitchen.

the noisy locking machanisms - everytime somebody opens the room on the floor, it is going to wake up you, too loud

A room of 4 on 2 bunk beds is just nice. But lighting is difficult. Only 1 ceiling light which we cannot switch on as it will disturb the other 2 upper bunk bed users. So have to resort to handphone torch. My suggestion is to install a small light at each bed to provide individual lighting. Lighting
