Location (walking distance from train station), fairly quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms & beds, great breakfast choices. Nothing. Would have been nice if there was complimentary water in the room and maybe a biscuit to have with a cuppa in your room.

Close to a lot of landmarks and transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room itself was tidy, well presented and felt cozy. Sometimes the AC felt like it wasn't cold enough, not entirely sure why despite it being set to the minimum temperature. Two of the nights it was fine and cold, other nights it still felt relatively warm which we were not fans of. Not entirely sure why that happened but overall still okay at the end of the day.

The new renovations are really well thought through. Not just about design but about useful functionality such as the couches and pencil lights in each room. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful nothing

The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the beds were so good you melt into them and sleep so well My only problem is parking but even then they are helpful and provided a discount for parking

Staff were very friendly throughout - from reception to breakfast chef. Room was very clean & quiet. Lovely dark curtains & pillow choice. Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect for our needs. Only suggestion would be to provide a few biscuits as other accommodation providers do with the coffee & tea sachets in room each day.

The location was amazing, being extremely central and a great play for tour buses to collect and drop off. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any requests and situations. The place was going through major renovations (while not loud, the majority of the amenities were closed). There were issues in the room which staff fixed after a day (reported straight away but maintainence had left for the day) but did ruin the first night. Breakfast choices were more on the mediocre side.
