Good location, room quite small but adequate, comfy bed.

Close to everything. Was disappointed by the shower as water temperature needs fixing as water kept changing from very very cold to boiling hot then back to cold then back to hot non stop. So think it’ll need checking. Also the bathroom door kept coming open so a hook to keep it close when using the bathroom facilities or even a lock would had been nice, so it was disappointing about the door to the bathroom keep slide open when using the facilities.

Large room Comfortable bed Quiet Breakfast No wifi or password not available

Location, after hours access and safety, facilities like the bed were great and super comfy Bathroom was a little small, but manageable for one night stay!

Good location, nice room. Staff at check in were excellent Sometimes noisy guests in the hall coming in late

Quality of breakfast was only ok. Egg station excellent range of other food only passable coffee awful and weird policy forced to pay for barista or using awful machine included. On paid breakfast which wasn't cheap...this was a cheap policy. No decent coffee facility on room...instant sachets.

Although the room had a good view, it did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was an accessible design and lacked an enclosed shower, which was inconvenient for our family. Our children were uncomfortable using the shower. We are not sure why this room was allocated to us

Loved the location - close to everything. Staff were excellent - very friendly. Good value for money. Nothing. Very happy with it.

Great location! Restaurant was amazing The parking and valet was unreliable and if you came late at night, there was nobody to park your car and they did not monitor it very well
-
good size bed with comfortable mattress pillows very soft

Spacious, clean, great location

location is good, very convenience, cleanness level and other facility is good condition room quite small, AC wind blown directly onto face when sleep on right side of the bed.

We had a very good time in Melbourne downtown. We like this hotel because the location and room all are good for us.

The location was great. Check in and out was easy. The view from the room was lovely, and the bathroom and room were a good size. I couldn't contact reception from my room (the phone wasn't working) and couldn't order room service (the QR code didn't work and I couldn't reach the restaurant). I think the room was overpriced for what it was.

Great location and big room

Very central location, close to food and Melbourne Central railway. Our bed was bowed in a curve from previous heavy sleepers. It felt a bit like sleeping in a bowl. A homeless man barged into the foyer as we entered and it was scary for our family.
