The price was good. Room was small so easy to keep warm. Room service was good. Ask for extra and replacement towels and I felt that it wasn't any trouble at all. Could have had a bin in the main room as well as bathroom. The fridge was freezing everything.I tightened the shower spindles as they were loose. The silicone around sink needs replacement as its full of black mould. Some artwork on the wall would have broken up the starkness of the room.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, the staff were excellent and the location good...10mins walk to Queen Victoria Markets with a #56 tram right into the city 2 mins walk away. Very little at such a good price. They book school group bookings, which can be a bit loud, but otherwise I think you'd have to pay a lot more to get a better hotel.
