The location was great for us and front desk staff friendly. We booked a twin and we had 2 beds but it was a weird setup in the room with one bed by the bathroom door. Nevertheless, we just need an overnight stay and it suited our needs.

Our meals from the restaurant were frozen and inedible. Rather than remedying the situation, I was told by staff I could reheat it in a microwave. I returned our meals, asked for a refund (which was partially provided) and then noticed a few days later the refunded amount had once again been deducted from card. The rooms and facilities are very outdated and in desperate need of repair, and I'm sure the elevator does not meet safety standards.

The location of the hotel in regards to the location of Royal Women’s hospital is excellent. It’s a short walk and as that’s where we were required to be it suited us perfectly. The car parking is safe and secure but expensive at 27 dollars per night. The meals are good quality ingredients but cooked in the most tasteless manner possible. For the same price there are literally 20 eating options with much better tasting meals available within a five minute walk of the hotel. Needless to say more. The wifi really sucks, don’t bother with it. Use your own data and save yourself the hassle.

Check in staff friendly - easy street parking. Close to trams and hospital if needing to use it. 10mins to city Felt dirty. Carpets really felt like they needed replacement. One bed nice and soft the other hard as a rock. Hard to describe in words but just felt dirty and really old. Huge gaps in door frame showed all the light out in the hallway. Walls fairly thin.

I loved the location, workers are always super polite. Carpets in the hallway need a little love or replacement but the beds and pillows are always super comfortable and the prices for the rooms are great for melbourne prices. Parking for larger vehicles is a small walk from the main doors but you carnt help that and the carpets have seen better days in the hall way but that doesnt harm how good the rooms are.

Location and reasonable Carpet needs to be replaced on reception. We stayed in 106, the light/fan in bathroom was extremely loud!! Charging $27 for parking is ridiculous
