The size of the room for one person and one night was great The comfort of the bed and pillows was good The shower kept changing temperature and was very annoying The sink being in the main area was different can't say it was good or bad just unusual

Beds not very comfortable and not a fan when the shower and toilet is so close together and not an actual bathroom? and nowhere to dry especially if you have your son staying in the room as well!

The customer service upon check-in was exceptional. Dealing with Jessie, she was able to facilitate an early check-in for me, at 12:30pm. Her friendly and accommodating nature made the process seamless. This was greatly appreciated as I had an event to attend at 16:30 and the extra time meant I wasn't rushed. The hotel is a short 10-minute walk from the Spencer St station, and very centrally located to the main CBD. I will definitely stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything was clean and accessible. The building was secure and there were enough concierges to assist with any enquiries.

Great location, everything in walking distance. Staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were tiny but comfortable. A bit pricey for a budget hotel

The comfort on the beds, the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was so good. The hotel is greatly located. I loved my stay and really wanted to come back next few days, but prices had gone up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The idea of 2 single and separated beds. That really took away some room energy and confidence off me. It could have been better to have them together or at least a double bed.!!!!!! The other thing is maybe having a bigger sign at the bottom to notify customers that reception is at level 2. I had to ask next door.

Room was very small. it had a funky sewerish smell. Shower ran hot and cold so unable to shower properly. advised reception (nothing was done about it. Nowhere to put our suitcases so had to leave both on floor in walkway. requested more towels as wasn't even supplied a bathmat for shower. light switch panel was dethatched from wall so didn't want to turn lights off and on using it. staff seemed not interested when advised of these issues. Will not stay here again

Room was very cramped, banged my foot against the wall every day - considering the price, somewhat frustrating but I understand it's a prime location. Additionally the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was alright. In general - edpecially with the automozation of every process - it just felt more lacking in customer service than other places.

The hotel is right in the middle of great restaurants, coffee spots, and shopping. The staff were accommodating including providing us a later checkout and the room was clean and quiet. We didn't take the breakfast because we thought it was quite expensive, but other than that, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location

Location - extremely central but quiet. Just down the road from the shopping centre. Room clean and check in and out smooth. Could have done with a chair or somewhere other than the bed to sit.
