Location Really upset no facilities such as pool and sauna not being available for use due to upgrades

Room was excellent. Breakfast in Collins Kitchen was delicious (no Club Lounge breakfast available). Hotel location is good. Normal gym, pool and spa/sauna area was unavailable for use. Temporary gym only. - This was not clearly communicated at time of booking. Club Lounge offerings not up to normal standard (and reduced offerings - eg. no breakfast service). Lack of priority seating area for Club Lounge patrons at breakfast. Despite requests, there was no way to adjust temperature in mini-bar fridge. The drinks from in fridge were virtually room temperature. This really needs attention! Requests for ice to room to compensate were plagued with delays.
