First room toilet did not flush, filthy - second room better, just. Still dirty, window stuck open, opposite train line. Breakfast? Horrendous cheap, fatty bacon, scrambled eggs, cheap baked beans, 2 dried up sausages, least I think they were it was not the young lad Manning well, everything from the desk to the breakfast he was lovely and helpful- whoever owns this place has serious balls to charge $ 250 per night for 1 thing....location. That is its one saving grace. Spoke to another couple, said they had black mold in the room, the kind young lad on the front desk moved them, too.i gave this a 10 so you could be warned! Avoid. At great cost. See above....

The location was perfecto footy Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Scrambled eggs bacon baked beans and sausages. Lots of bread n spreads. Cereals with tea n coffee It was one of only a few accommodations that had a bed for the 11 yr old we were traveling with Extremely dated and I didn’t read the bathroom was down the hallway

It’s a well located , homely place, with clean and comfortable facilities. It needs a facelift, but the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The tv was troublesome, and didn’t work, but not an issue , as I had my laptop. Wifi not reliable either.
