Dark isolated street , no lights, entry filthy, steps up only rooms disgusting , dirty walls , cleaner not professional , old everything . Slept fully clothed. ominous characters around . dirty everything light didn't work , tv barely.

They cancelled my booking the day before said the room was flooded, I didn't believe it now they won't refund my money

The place wasn't anything like I was expecting. It was so bad we didn't even stay. Found another hotel to stay at.

Basic motel style accommodation. Handy location close to where I needed to get to in Melbourne. The free parking is very useful.

Bed linen was clean and fresh. shower was hot and it had great water pressure. Easy to access carpark and room. Carpark was secure overnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location

Front door key failed to unlock front door

Close to Mac Donalds The walls are really thin, can hear footsteps of those next-door or upstairs.At night the bar next door was really loud and going late.

I lasted a few hours, but when I could hear every single word by the meth heads in the next room as they were doing their thing, then I packed up and left and moved to another hotel down the road. This place has a lot of problems, hence the price. Painted, stained and peeling bathroom floor files. Plastic covered stairs. Just too much to look past. I had to leave. Paper thin walls. Noisy echoing atrium. Just no. Don't do it to yourself.

I liked the location, it was amazing! The smell of cigarettes or mould was quite strong.. it gave me a cough which I didn't have beforehand, and which seemed to disappear after we left. Have the filters in the A/C been changed recently? There was definitely something causing our coughs - it wasn't just me, it was my whole family.

Booked 4 nights. Power outage after 1st night. Not resolved. Had to find alternate accommodation. Offered 3 night refund. Still waiting for refund 4 days later.

The location to The Laird and The Peel Nightclub. The room was clean and had a couch Nothing

Nothing The allocated room was smelling like Cigarette smoking. We did not like it as we have kids. The bed sheets are also seem to be very old, I saw holes on the bedsheets and they were not tidy. We spoke to the receptionist about the same and she was so angry on us. We asked if there is any other room, and she showed me one more room which is also like the same. The Lady in the Reception was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to the guests. She told us to check out of the motel if we don’t like the room, without refunding the money( this is very serious and I am seriously hurted with that behaviour). Very pathetic experience with the motel and we don’t refer this to anyone. After this I had a bad opinion on Booking.com as well as how it referred us to this motel. Why should I pay 700 bucks which is not even worth of 300 bucks. My money got wasted and I did not get the proper respect. I will not book room with Booking.com definitely for the next time as I had this worst. experience. Please take some serious action on this.

The location is perfect for me. Price is fair for what it can provided. The room was marked as “non-smoking room” but has very strong smoke smell. Very unpleasant.
