What I liked most about the hotel was its excellent location. It was very centrally located, right next to one of Melbourne’s main laneways, which made it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The breakfast was also satisfactory, with a good selection to start the day. The main issue for us was the beds. They were unusually narrow and placed on wheels, which meant they moved quite easily and were not particularly comfortable or practical. Their positioning in the room also felt somewhat unusual and not very well thought out. We actually requested a room change because of this, and the staff were extremely kind, attentive and accommodating in helping us with the move, which we really appreciated. That said, the beds themselves are something I believe should be reconsidered. For a hotel of Hilton’s standard, I would expect more comfortable and stable beds, as this had a noticeable impact on the overall comfort of the stay. The room had no windows and natural light!

It was nice and tidy Price point was not worth the amount I paid . Not many amenities were available. The walls were shockingly finished and my curtain didn’t open on one side.

The bed was comfortable but not amazing. I checked in later at night, the staff were so bored and not friendly at all. It took atleast 10 mins to chrck in when I had booked online. The woman was not feiendly and not happy to be there. I got a cookie which made it better but realpy poor staff personalities. The room was comfortable but small for the price. Tv didnt stream or mirror my phone for music.
