Clean modern rooms in great location and breakfast is definitely worth it Parking, hard to find and extremely tight access

Location was perfect, central to everything and we were able to walk or get the free tram to where we wanted to go. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were amazing.

Location Bathroom and finishing in room are very dated. Bad design of shower to turn it on you need to stand in front of shower head very dangerous. Didn’t like window facing inside very gloomy room. We want to see to see outside.

The accomodation was very central Only one lift working so you constantly had to wait over 10mins for a lift. The staff were rude. We had a big group of 12 staying at the motel and when we wanted to book a table for breakfast of was a hassle.

: We stayed with you and were extremely disappointed from the moment we booked until we checked out. - I made the booking then tried ringing to clarify parking situation - each phonecall went unanswered. We arrived and our car could not be parked onsite. This made us late to our football game which was the whole reason for the trip. - the room was dirty - the kids room the filter is full of dust and fluff, walls dirty. The bathroom still has hair and soap residue, dirty grout and the shower head does not produce much water. - the sheets did not fit the bed and at the foot of the king bed you were laying directly on the mattress protector. The top sheets don’t fit and are tucked in so low to fit that you have to decide if your feet are out or your shoulders are cold. - the kids overheated as there is no air con or working air circulation. - having only 1 working lift out of 3 and no staff could advise if it was safe to use the stairs which resulted in a 10-15min wait to exit our floor. - the breakfast on the first day they had run out of many products and were not prepared to replace at 9:30am… it did not feel like a buffet. The second morning hashbrowns and bacon and waffles were overcooked, no knives to cut bread and cook was no where to be seen when requesting fresh eggs. We spent well over a $1000 for the weekend and were extremely disappointed. When I raised the concern on check out there was no apology, no offer to make the situation right just a shrug of the shoulders and asking if I want a receipt. We stay weekly in Melbourne and this has been the worst environment/service and stay to date.

Location, rooms, facilities and staff were fantastic They are doing upgrades to their lifts so they were a bit busy but it wasn’t really an issue

WE Loved the beds super comfortable. Like the fast one Lift that was in operation The cold spa Temperature was useless. The pillows were cheap and soft. The Breakfast was absolutely appalling. After spending many nights in motels and hotels in Melbourne the only thing going for this place is the Location. The breakfast was disgusting and running out of everything plus you need to have individual condiments and not in jars as its unhygienic and after covid things should have been changed. Warm milk, no toast bread. No service and very short staffed

Location very good. Staff very helpful and curteous. View from room poor, privacy poor. Overall cleanliness of hallways poor, carpet needed vacuuming. Mirrors and lift door unclean.
