The room was a little hot and dry but there all.

The location was very convenient and the room suited us very well. Arranging the parking was a bit fussy as the DIVVY app only works if you have an Australian phone number .

Great location for Melbourne city shopping and trams to get around. Was a very spacious room and had a full sofa, desk type bench as well as bed so easy to get comfortable. Answered Yes re getting a quiet room, which it generally was. There were some noisy neighbours on the second night - going backwards and forwards between rooms, slamming doors, etc - but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Oversold on the 'spa' in the room. Really just a very small bath under shower.

Nice room, in an odd little commercial alley but with good walking access to downtown. Very nice lobby staff. I had specifically asked for a bath tub because I hadn't had a bath in 2 months. What I got was more of a hot tub with a showe. The hot tub features obviously hadn't been used in a while because when I ran it dead bugs came out. Also, they did not have notice that you needed to close the door when running the shower, which was the only way to get water into the tub, and I accidentally tripped the fire alarm, which I wouldn' havet, if there had been signage as there is in the hotel I'm staying at now. I'm seriously surprised a nice hotel.Can't have a better bathroom exhaust system than that , but I also done understand why the only way to fill the tub with water was through the shower head.

The location was okay being in the heart of the city close to the trams was good for my partner because she is disabled Where do I start the beds where broken the mattress was so old thin and worn out also one of the beds had black mould all over the timber frame I have pictures the air conditioner didn't go below 20.5 degrees it was very stuffy no exhaust fans in the toilets that's never fun how are you supposed to go potty without stinking out the hotel room the kettle was useable the cabinet that had the fridge inside of it was water logged timber with duct tape I have pictures and I had a weird headache the whole stay

We always stay at the Causeway because of Location especially. I have a lot of friends and family who I have recommended this place to and they all love the location Lighting was poor. As you get older you need better lighting, especially as Melbourne is generally dark anyway. Bathroom needs a little update.

Bed was comfy and room was tidy. We appreciated coming back to a serviced room each day.

Great location and value for money. We could walk to most locations and the bonus of coffee shops just out the front door (side door) and a lovely Thai restaurant on site. Will definitely be back. Only downside would be the fixed windows - I like fresh air. But the fact that there’s so much to do in Melbourne, you’re not in your room much.

The hotel location is excellent, with many cafes nearby, making it very easy to find food. The room was clean, and the service was very good. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Location, cost, restaurant underneath, close to cafes open early , Not directly on street but short walk!
