A modern hotel is a remodeled 19th century villa. The view from a balcony in the room was nice and enlightening. The hotel had musical event on Wednesday - it was special. The choices of breakfast items were sort of limited.

A little oasis in the centre of vibrant Marseille. You can walk to all interesting points and have a comfortable basis in a beautiful setting and friendly staff. Nothing

The staff was exceptional. I highly recommend the breakfast. The ONLY thing that could be improved are the sleeping pillows. Beautiful old building that has been converted to a hotel with impeccable attention to every detail. Jazz trio provided music 1-2 nights per week. Pillows

Very nice facility. The front desk personnel was very attentive and helpful and punctual…..however…..the bar staff and breakfast staff (same people) seemed to be bothered with. Not very friendly. Maybe because they don’t care to much for USA travelers. But it did not ruin our trip.

Property was upscale and very nicely decorated. Breakfast selection was plentiful with some made to order options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails from the bar on the outdoor patio each evening before going to dinner. My husband enjoyed the steam room. Nothing

Very nice hotel in a good location, just next to the old port area where you can find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Not so far from the sea, but you have to walk or bike there 10-20 minutes. The hotel itself has all the amenities you'd need, the rooms are nice, the vibe is also very relaxed and everything works well. It would be nice if the SPA center had another dry sauna as it only has one hammam, so when lots of people come, it can get busy.

The location, the staff The room os too white and minimalistic, guess it needs a bit of art

Comfortable, stylish and thoroughly enjoyable…ensconced in a real neighborhood among delightful people

Not much option of breakfast

Nothing. They made everything perfect!

Level of everything in this hotel is less than expected from top quality hotels. If you ask for a glass, you can receive a basket with ice... Some facilities need to be repaired. It's all non dramatic, but it's nice when a hotel can be as comfortable as your home.

Although the room was large and sunny, the storage was poorly designed and there was a ridiculously large, ugly purple club chair that took up too much space and was uncomfortable to sit in.
