The hotel's decor was nice. The food was nice, and the staff were nice. My towels were taken away on the second-to-last day for no reason. I had to ask for them back.

Manager of property gave personal welcome, and cares about hotel reputation. Some basic items missing in the room and restrooms.. Such as tissues, hand gel

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to nearby attractions. The room rate of approximately €40–45 per night offered reasonable value. The staff were generally helpful, especially Hasana, Umaima, and Anas. Hasana deserves special appreciation. She went above and beyond by arranging a portable air conditioner when the room cooling was inadequate. She also provided excellent guidance on local attractions, taxi fares, and nearby facilities, which made our stay much easier.e The PENSEE Restaurant, located next to the hotel, is highly recommended. Their breakfast is excellent, and the buffet dinner at 150 Moroccan Dirhams is one of the best value-for-money meals in Marrakech. After trying several restaurants in the area, I found it to be the best. The hotel shown on Booking.com did not accurately reflect the actual property, which was disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was very poor, making the room uncomfortable until a portable AC was arranged. The room layout was confusing, with two single beds and two single sofas, resulting in inefficient use of space. No complimentary bottled water was provided. Only one 1.5-liter bottle was available on the first day, and when I requested more, I was told to purchase my own water from a nearby convenience store. The elevator requires urgent maintenance. There is a noticeable gap between the lift and the floor, making it necessary to hold luggage carefully while entering and exiting, which poses a safety concern. Although the hotel is listed as a Booking.com Genius property, my experience did not fully reflect the quality expected from that designation. The hotel has a convenient location and some genuinely dedicated staff members who make a positive difference. However, improvements in air conditioning, room amenities, elevator safety, and the accuracy of the hotel's online presentation would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The facilities were a little run down, walls were too thin that I could hear very tiny sounds from above and the side rooms. There was a small ant infestation that resolved on its own thankfully. The stairs were barely lit that I had to use a flashlight to use them

It is great place and great location if you want to be away from the old town and a good facility

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour au Stars Hotel Marrakech & Spa. L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionn

The staff are amazing and the breakfast is actually very good. There is no hotel provided body wash or shampoo in the shower. They give you a bar of hand soap, which I made work, but definitely a curve ball I wasnt expecting.
-
Very clean, amazing staff like Fayza & Hassna who really guided me through everything well clean and easy, very dedicated to their work! they gave me a luxury room with an upgrade i ended up taking 3 days extra here because it was close to everything all the best restaurants are nearby as well, i would easily book this without hesitation!

Bedroom good size Towels were not in a good condition to keep using for an hotel. Breakfast not so good (not fresh croissants as example)

It was a great experience and I liked the location.

Cleanliness and location

Breakfast was good. The staff at the reception desk were exceptional. They were patient with us answering our questions and helping with suggestions. The walls between rooms were thin and nearby noise was an annoyance. Also, I was never able to adjust the temperature in the room. It was too cold during my stay, and I couldn't warm it up.

The staff ruined everything :(

You can find things around it Language barrier

We stayed at this hotel twice. The second time the room was better and bigger but both were ok. The location is convenient, walking distance to the Medina and station, and away from the crowds. The breakfast buffet could have had more choices. The front desk staff were not always very responsive and one didn’t seem to understand either English or French very well.

The staff was great. The spa was great. The room was abit small but okay for a solo traveler. It was a beautiful experience
-
-No parking/loading spot when you arrive -No cribs -No extra blankets/pillows, which was a bit weird -Rude staff at the breakfast buffet, making up rules on-the-go -Cozy elevator
-
Reception didn’t want to call a taxi!

The breakfast was nothing like the spread indicated in pictures on the booking.com website. Central location just 20mins walk from Medina and railway station. We also stayed here from 9-13 January so had 5 nights in total. The room was large, soulless and cold. There was no heating for the evening. Shower in the top florr room barely worked and was lukewarm. On one night we had the buffet dinner. Despite giving the staff our room number and name, the waiter chased me up to my room and demanded payment. I said add it to the bill and he said he couldn't do that. So I'm standing at the door to my room in my PJ's and this idiot is requesting payment. I shut the door and paid the next day . When you walk into the hotel staff can barely be bothered to look up and say hello. We hadn't been picked up for a tour and I asked the staff to ring the local number. He took my phone and used it to call instead of just using the hotel phone. Simply said, staff are useless. Go elsewhere.
