The location was great and there was a great cafe around the corner that we enjoyed called Chez Dada. The folks working there were very helpful and kind.

Not as expected Rooms

L’emplacement idéal personnel sympathique la chambre était très spacieuse.

The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. To be honest, I noticed a disconnect between booking.com and the hotel. For one, booking.com stated that breakfast was included but when I went to the restaurant, I was told that breakfast was not included. This was embarrassing and dislike. I will never use booking.com to make any reservation in Morocco

Very good Good

The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated. The bed sheets & curtains didn’t seem very clean, and the door lock wasn’t working properly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable. The location is also convenient, with the old Medina reachable on foot in about 30 minutes. That said, the hotel itself feels dated and could benefit from better maintenance. Considering the condition of the property and the amenities offered, we felt that the value for the money was relatively low. While our stay was pleasant overall, the price did not fully match the quality of the experience.

Some of the stuff wasn't nice

I love this hotel, I come here all the time. The staff is wonderful and so are the facilities.

The room was clean. The staff were nice. There was no sun in the pool area. The spa was cold. The hammam was cold, we should have been sweating, instead we were shivering. The jacuzzi (which we paid 24$ for 30 min) was lukewarm… we got out after an uncomfortable 10 minutes and we’re still charged. The robes provided were stained and threadbare. It was even quite chilly during the massages. Communication was difficult about these issues (our fault because we only speak English.) The prices for drinks and food were very high. The menus we were given at the rooftop bar were filthy and falling apart.. we were also surprised that we were only given coffee/tea supplies for one night of our 4-day stay. We paid a similar price to stay here for what we paid for a riad in the Medina and felt we got the better value there. The staff was very sweet though.

The area Hotel facilities old, room even though spacious absolutely outdated! The Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Towels not changed from day to day! The breakfast with very little Choice and tasteless. I suggest you also to pay a bit more your people, standing and wanting a tip even for changing some towels. Let’s not talk about the room service (if you can call it like that)

Good location, polite & helpful staff, quiet rooms. Good value for money. Not the cleanest unfortunately but still above average.
-
if you ask reception for a taxi, their staff will just stop one passing by the street, you still have to negotiate the price yourself (do that in advance, taxi drivers love scamming tourists there, you probably shouldnt pay more than 50 to go most places).

I requested a receipt for my payment and was told that a note would be made so I could receive an invoice at check-out. However, during check-out, I requested the invoice again and was told the printer was not working. I was asked to leave my email address. After a few days, I wrote to the hotel to request the invoice once more. It has now been a week, and no one has responded to me.
