The location and the staff. They are super nice and professional and very accommodating The room was really dark, the sheets and towels were used and abused. When I asked for more light in the room they offered to switch me to another room. However I used to love this hotel and it was my choice when in Marrakesh but I think it’s time to pick another spot

Staffs are professional Except room cleaning maid who asked for 5€ to bully me for changing clean towels in bathroom Not clean , renovated room work was really rough job

No tea and coffee maker, no private parking

A full breakfast that you can enjoy outside in a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly personnel who ask if you prefer coffee or tea, and make it as you ordered it at a coffee shop. There was also an older woman who made delicious Moroccan-style pancakes. Nothing to complain.

Loved everything, this a great place for stay in Marrakech

Excellent hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, with a balcony, even though we had booked a standard room. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, fresh fruit, and pastries. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax by the pool. While the rooftop pool isn't suitable for swimming, the larger pool on the ground floor, next to the breakfast restaurant, is. The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere and offers a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel isn't within walking distance of Jemaa el-Fnaa, but the staff can easily arrange a taxi.

As usual we loved this hotel.

Not my first time there, located in the heart of Marrakesh, warm welcoming, friendly staff, clean rooms, flexible in breakfast and room cleaning, beautiful pools and outstanding views from the rooftop and the rooms. What else ? :)

I loved everything about the property. I am a very picky traveler and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. I would happily come back on my next trip to Marrakech. I loved the pools, the room, the balcony, the spa, the free breakfast and the restaurant.

Perfect location and great staff

Taxis parked right in front, currency exchange at the counter if needed. Loved the rooftop pool, bar (and the double big TVs to watch the games). Checkout the mezzanine too--such a cozy/well decorated place to unwind and read a book/do some work. Great suites, lots of windows and mirrors--great end to my trip. I extended my nights at the hotel a few times. 10/10 Nothing really.

The location, amenities and breakfast were truly exceptional! Would definitely recommend.
-
The experience is further enhanced by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, whose warm and attentive service makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back. A little more effort on breakfast buffet would be a plus.

Everything was great One person from the restaurant upstairs down grated me because I spoke Moroccan and he took better care of people that where international. He didn't know I was on vacation from America. He really made me feel as Moroccan I can't even get good service with my own kind of people. At the end he saw I tip better then those other lol

Staff was super helpful with any need; location is safe; there plenty of good restaurants close by and hotel also having its own skybar and restaurant which are valuable. Everything was great!

The staff are very open, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. The atmosphere is warm, and the level of service is truly outstanding. I’d especially like to mention the hotel manager and a staff member named Ouissam, who provided top-level service and even showed us the rooms before check-in — something not every hotel does. In short, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very luxurious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, in a nice area with cafe right next to it, which made everything very convenient. There is also parking available directly next to the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially the receptionists Wesam and Younes, who were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was outstanding — very delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Nothing
