The place is near to everything. The room is comfy. The staffs are nice and helpful. The management was checking on us and told us that we can contact them if we need something.

I dont like the caretaker, she need more training for customer service, she took a picture for the rice cooker that we didnt break it the way she took a picture on the center and its not showing on the other side that it was broken already. I hope she dont do this to other customer. And also for cleaning the room there is a smell so I buy my own airfreshener.

the view hidden fees, a deposit was asked for at the time of check in that was not mentioned at the time of booking the room. Did get the deposit back but still a hidden fee.

After my almost 1 day of travel from U.S.A, my husband picked me up from the airport and went straight here. Our 2 days and 3 nights stay here was very comfortable. We enjoyed the ambiance of the room, very good security, very clean restroom,very comfortable bed, complete cookware, breathtaking view at night and perfect location specially for couples. We enjoyed our stay here so much and very memorable because we got to celebrate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary at Grand Canal, which is just walking distance . Very recommendable place to stay!

the bed is comfortable. the bedding smelled so good it made sleeping very easy the host is very responsive to my questions and requests. very safe and secure property having it beside a mall is a plus! with tons of nearby places to eat at anytime of the day or night none

The location as it is nearest to the Supreme Court. The in-charge was a bit not kind and accommodating.
