Price and location internet is a bit slow inside the room

The first room they put me in was terrible. There was no mirror in the bathroom. And not that clean The second room, the main one is okay, except the shower did not work. And the bathtub plug did not work.

Location was execllent for St LukesExtension Clinic and US Embassy. We had a room with a a full size and twin bed. The beds wern't very comfortable but tolerable for only a few night it was

I could hear loud music at night I guess it was the bar at the rooftop, but I put my earplugs on and it was all good. I had to ring Reception many times but no answer. Saw one or two small cockroaches. Apart from that, it served its purpose for me, accommodation for the night, i slept well.

The breakfast is the only thing I can say was the outstanding due to the service and dealing of the person on the floor. Young lady was really great. 1. First room the lights were not working. Changed the room. 2. Second room Toilet seat was broken reported immediately and technician came fast looked at it and told he will replace it next day which never happened, though we reported several times during stay. 3. Bedsheet had blood stains we reported from the very first day and no one pay any attention.

Location Floor was sticky. Bed is a little lumpy.

Wifi.. very slow.

It’s near my areas of interest. The staff were all nice and responsive There’s a musty smell of old ill-maintained building. The water heater was not working. The bed was hard.

I like to considered the location center of Manila. Near any resto bar Jollibee McDo and some fast food. My room assigned near to stock room I can hear the staff chit chat early morning and some noice of stuff hotel (used linen taken for laundry). Faucet below the shower malfunction and hot and cold shower not working too. ?

The room is not the same as shown in the pictures. I booked a room good for two, superior room, but the room given to me is good for one only. The bed is good for one person. Although I am the only one staying, but I paid for a room that was advertised as having a double-sized or queen-sized bed as shown in the pictures the property posted. I asked the person in the front desk and verified to them if they have given me the right room which is a superior room and they told me that it is already their superior room. And also the walls are thin enough that you can hear the noise from the outside.

No sign for Reddoorz anywhere so couldn't find hotel and just about to walk into Go Hotel before I was taken to Comfort hotel for a fixed high price! NO REDDOORZ sign anywhere# Sign to OLD Reddoorz Hotel taken down! REDDOORZ SIGN on Comfort Hotel! Hope that's not too much to ask!

My son really liked the oreo milkshake at their Cafe by the reception Across Calle 5 bar which is good when you have jetlag Need to upgrade and pay another 600php to get a room with a window. The room and/or alley smells like piss maybe due to lack of or poor ventilation.

Nice location and near mall and tourist attractions like museums and parks . The staff and guard were courteous. The bidet was placed on the left side of the toilet bowl. The bed always make a sound and squeak with sudden movements and room 208, I don’t know but I always hear the sound of water and cleaning sounds . Also the AC swing cover needs fixing.

Not so good I mainly had breakfast next door at the citystate tower hotel , but the room rates at city-state were a little bit too pricey for me the restraunt very poor , it was much butter inder the former name of grand prix. Restraunt needs to change menu and a better breakfast set up. And a slightly better bed

Convenient location to the US embassy for a 0630 passport renewal appointment. Noisy past midnight - Karaoke echoing down the central stairwell and housekeeping cleaning adjacent rooms. Bring earplugs…
