The room was small, not particularly comfortable, and a little dirty.

Fast to attend to the needs or even the complaints of the customer. Little water leaking in the bathroom, continously flushing of water tank, suddenly aircon stopped working in the middle of the night.

The room was small, but it was fine. The bathroom was not up to standard. The location was good, as it is accessible, and you can walk around to where you want to eat and all. The bed is too small for a deluxe room, and the linen, while clean, does not appear clean. You should use chemicals to keep it white and clean, even if it is old linens. White and clean covers everything.

The property was clean and location was easily accessible through metro or any transport means. You can also find gypsy just from the door of the hotel. They called their double room super deluxe which had a semi double bed and was just enough for one person. When we complained about it they just said it is what it is and when we agreed to compromise and asked for a mattress they charged 500pesos for it. So if you’re booking this place, their super deluxe room is just for 1 person although you can book it for 2. Don’t get misunderstood by the room’s name

The room was tiny. The neighborhood is super sketchy. They really pack in the guests, so there's whole families in these tiny rooms, so most of the time their kids are running around the hallways. There were a lot of homeless around the hotel, as well as prostitutes, and other sketchy people.

Airconditioning is working good. The location is accessible. I paid additional 1200php(22$) for extended checkout of 3hrs which is 1 more day stay. BECAREFUL on their check out time. The water in bathroom floor doesnt go to drainage because of structure so its all wet during my stay
