Good place have had better

When we checkout in the hotel I was using the bathroom staff down in the lobby and I accidentally left my celfon in the toilet. By that time we already on the way to the airport. When I call and asked the receptionist she denied and told me to the check my luggage but it wasn't there I know that I left it in the bathroom. The receptionist called me back and said if I could check my bag again. Then my daughter called my number and they asnwer me I tell them that is my phone and they said their staff found the phone in the toilet but at first they denied so what is the reason that they denied it?

This place is the worst Hotel I have ever been to. The only good things are the proximity to SLEC and the spacious room. - Electrical hazard, which could be extremely dangerous, especially if you have kids - Everything is old (old elevator, old towels, etc) - Dirty!!! This place is DIRTY. (hair in the shower, clogged shower) - Non-responsive (will never reply to you through booking, good luck getting a reply from them) - Staff refused to clean the room and fix it (they said we had to wait until the next day)

We walk to the capital mall where the Chinese and Japanese gardens are and continued walking to the Intramural. We walk to a sA laundry is very close to the hotel. The toilet ran because in inside mechanics are old. We call the front desk and a staff guy came and flushed the toilet and said it works. All the surfaces look old. Things look warn and in need of replacement. The towels looked dingy. My wife was worried the place was unclean.

Near to areas i needed to go Facility is old and furnitures and pillows are old, not comfortable

Room is big and beds are clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

It’s near the Saint Luke’s medical clinic. I’m not really picky but my mom is not used to being in a hotel and it’s her first time in a hotel cause last time we were staying in a penthouse. She commented that when she pulled out the sheets it smells like a rat.

The location is convenient, rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and approachable. Nothing that I could think of.

We all like the hotel. The room is decent, spacious and clean. Walking distance to SLEC and everything you need. I will highly recommend this hotel, worth it for your money. The only thing i don't like is there is no microwave. We can't heat our food.

No breakfast coz u have no restaurant .. The staff are all good even the guard. The room is huge for us.but the amenities inside the room like shampoo and toothpaste is not enough but its okey cause we brought our needs No one clean the room while we stayed..the towel we have is still the towel we use..and 2nd our nearby rooms are so noisy..we cant even sleep and rest .. No microwave for our food to reheat. No plate only cups and saucer..

Its location The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions – that’s the highlight. However, the room was disappointingly expensive for what it offered. The internet connection was unreliable and slow, making it frustrating for work or streaming. On top of that, the AC unit desperately needs replacement. It struggled to cool the room, leaving it uncomfortably warm even on high settings. For the price, I expected much better comfort and amenities. Overall, I’d recommend it only if location is your top priority and you’re okay with subpar room quality.
