The staff was excellent!! The location was outstanding! The television did not work in the room for our stay, although the staff tried repairs. The only other thing is that the refrigerator gets shut off when the room key is removed!

All the way from the check-in process ALL the staff was more that good, they were all very attentive, friendly and helpful with all my needs and requests, A+++ The condition and location of the hotel (with exception of the hotel being clean), is located in a very poor and bad neighborhood with a lot of homeless and kids begging for money, so you can’t walk around the neighborhood after hours.

The only thing we didn’t like at first was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t that cold. However, we informed the staff right away, and they were very accommodating and quickly transferred us to another room where the AC was working perfectly. And the lighting felt a bit dim for my preference initially thought it could be adjusted.

Breakfast was expensive and cold The bed gave us back pain the first 2 nights, then we got used to Everytime we enter in the room, there was a particular smell, but after a few minutes was gone Wifi didn't work properly for a couple of days

location was perfect. it was very accessible. the staff were very helpful and attentive, including the guard. hot and cold water in the comfort room was ready. laundry was fast and carefully done. our entire was covenient. only one trash can was provided ( in the bathroom). no trash can in the bedroom. the tv is so old, the volume and sound is not clear. It still subscribes to cgnal cable tv. No smart TV available. the room was too dim. the housekeeping interns took so long to change the bedsheets
