I dont like they dont have lotion and slippers, I hope they put airfresher on the room, since other hotel they have complete slippers, lotion and etc for hygiene.

I'm disappointed because the reason why I chosed their junior suite room is because of the bathtub but when we got to the room. It's broken so I am disappointed. They also don't have enough parking area

I like the look of the hotel, the old-world charm of the art deco style does a lot of heavy lifting for its aesthetic value. I didn't even mind the old facilities, it just works so well with the building's history and charm. nothing comes to mind, i had tempered my expectations beforehand so it's all good.

No free breakfast. Location is okay although couldn't sleep of the noise outside. Free breakfast is not included. Too noisy outside.

The female desk officers, the very rude female desk officer was the one when asked about shuttle services, her gaze and facial expression is rude, the date and time by then was on October 23, 2024, around 6-8pm.

Near luneta, quirino grandstand and other establishments Walls are not soundproofed. We can hear the noise from the Videoke outside the hotel.

location wise we're on the last which is in the 5th floor and access to elevator was only available 4th flr

Location was near the US embassy. we found strands of long hair in the bed. Toilet cover is old and looks dirty.

The staff are good. The air-conditioning noise is so annoying, and I can't sleep.

Staff was kind. The fan made a lot of noise, which prevented us from sleeping. If we switched off, is bacame unbearably hot. Not that I felt the hotels area unsafe, but its an area with a lot of beggars and homeless people. It can be an uncomfortable area, especially if they are inexperienced travellers. Breakfast is very expensive.

The facilities need an upgrade - the AC is loud and the shower takes a while to heat up. I was also a bit surprised that the hotel didn’t offer any bottle water.
