I liked the staff and location Construction going on

Staff is great! Room was good size. Room was not clean. Floor was slippery with an oil like film. Roof leaked while raining.

The location is strategic, near Luneta Park, banks, and convenience stores, and quite safe. The room has the basic needs. The staff is approachable and easy to talk to. The food is pricy. The room and facility, though old, are fine. Suggest to always making the linen new-looking (towels, blankets, and bed sheets are quite old.

Friendly staff. My reservation wasn’t seen at the hotel’s computer. I’m glad they had other type of rooms available, I was so nervous to end up without any hotel. Didn’t like my feeling of confusion & disappointments because of this reservation problem. Didn’t get the right room & beds. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

Bad

Walking distance from US Embassy The bar downstairs smells cigarette. There are crawling insects at the bathroom. And no fire exit!

I love the restaurant, room and their service! It was a fun stay as staffs are very accommodating. They can give discounts for in house guests. Thank you, OYO!

Great stay on this property as I bed is comfy and nice, room is clean I was able to relax and sleep well. Thank you Oyo slouch hat for the wonderful stay.

We love the room and the staffs. Room as it gave us comfort and we were able to sleep well. Staffs as they were very approachable and attentive to our needs. None

Just the location. Walking distance from eateries, resto, slec, etc. Don't believe them when they tell you you would have a private bathroom. Shared bathroom lang binigay even tho during booking, private bathroom nakasulat. Mice running on the ceiling, had one even eat my garlic bread! Cockroaches on the floor! Stairs were too tiny, not recommended for big people, even for smaller ones. Ceilings are too low, so if you're tall, you might end up stooping. Dim lighting, it gave off a somber vibe. Smell of cigarette smoke in the pub front door.

The food is Australian influenced and very good o elevator. No elevator, this is a great hotel for younger visitors to the Philippines . Owner and bar tender are very knowledgable and friendly.

Location The price was different in booking .com .. if you book online using booking .com when you arrive in the place they will they you to add because the price online was different.. i pay 1200 in booking for a single room with bathroom but if you arribe they will give you a room then the bathroom is centralize and also the toilet.. using also by the customer but online it said that with own bathroom and toilet, if you want to transfer you need to add 600 because that is the real price

- I like the location and the fact that there was a small refrigerator in the room. -towels and blanket needs more cleaning. -there was no table or even a chair in the room (according to the staff it was a single saver's room) - Appliances like the refrigerator isn't that clean,visible dirt can be seen. - bathroom is not really available for the room that I booked though it says upon booking that there was a private bath.
