Some people still smoking in a non smoking area

Coffee restaurant they gather at the cashier station and talk loud and laughing. I told them not to talk too loud, at times more than 4 people. Otherwise, if it for that, pretty good place.

My room barely had warm water. The staff was not attentative. I asked the front desk 4 times for fresh towels and never received them. Considering this place is a little higher priced, for the area, I expected better facilities and customer service.

The staff was nice and it was not far from the mall.. It's surrounded by bar's. not a place to take if you have kids. The internet was really slow and hard to stay connected. When we booked the room we were told we would have Bottle water and mini bar and we had neither, even after I told them about it.
