The facilities are quite simple. Bad ventilation in the room. Insects. Housekeeping only for demand - and of course I didn't know about it, I was just thinking they forgot to clean my room. The terrace is extremely noisy. Breakfast is pretty simple, mostly with no options

While Boracay Grace Hotel offers a clean and welcoming environment, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. One drawback is its location, as it is quite far from the beach. Guests who prefer quick and easy access to the shoreline may find the distance inconvenient, especially after a long day of activities. Transportation or a longer walk is often necessary to reach the beachfront. Another concern is the absence of a generator during brownouts. Power interruptions can affect comfort, particularly at night when air-conditioning and lighting are essential. Having a backup generator would greatly enhance guests’ overall experience and provide added convenience and security during unexpected outages. Despite these issues, the hotel still maintains its reputation for cleanliness and friendly service. Addressing these concerns would make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

A very affordable hotel with breakfast. Few minutes away from the beach. There were nearby stores and eatery, as well as laundry shop. Their staff is really nice and accommodating. Their breakfast is so filling. We had a nice time staying in this hotel.

Going to Boracay Station 2 - 15-20 mins walk; you can pay 20 pesos fare if you want as well. Going to the D-mall, you can hail an e-trike literally as soon as you go outside of the hotel lobby.The local market is literally in front of your hotel, a 30-second to 1-minute walk, which means accessibility for locally priced goods and souvenirs. Free Breakfast: It was served with good plating, which means that they put an effort into it even though it was for free breakfast, and it tastes good! The crew on duty is always approachable and has the initiative to ask if we wanted a breakfast coffee, which we truly appreciate! Hotel staff and cleanliness: The receptionist was easy to approach and always smiling until the end of our stay, we slept perfectly as well since it was sound proof, considering that our room was located beside the lobby. The room was neat and tidy as well. Unlike with other hotels, their bathroom has a working heater. Ahahaha, I didn't expect it, though, since I haven't had a good bathroom experience with my previous hotel experiences in past Boracay visits. Great service and a great hotel! Is it recommendable? 100% yes! Everything seems to be perfect, like 99.99%. One thing that I can suggest is to put an electric kettle in each room, I guess, so that you won't need to go outside of the hotel to get hot water. I tried to get hot water for my coffee from the water dispenser located in the hallway, but it is not working.

Location is still great, few mins walk to the beach. Its in front of the road but not too noisy. There was a black out early in the morning, generator took awhile to turned on. Emergency light inside the room did not work as well.

The staff are nice people. The breakfast was not bad - I don't eat meat so there wasn't much of an option, but it was fine. I booked this because of the reviews, but how can anyone say this place is the "best in Borocay" is beyond me. The room was dark and dingy because of the lack of windows. The room.is.next to reception so it's often not quiet. The hotel is not that near the beach really. The bathroom was consistently filled with hundreds of flying ants. The shower was awful. You have to request the room to be cleaned each day. They forgot to do it the first day and when they did, they left all of my rubbish in the bin still. It states there is a plug by the bed...there was not at all it was on the other side of the room. Just really not great at all. Perhaps this is just the room I got and the others are fine, because I seriously cannot understand the glowing reviews I read and that enticed me to book this place. There are surely much better places to stay.

I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff. The male concierge was exceptionally helpful, and the female staff who served us our meals were so friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Overall, an outstanding stay! Our stay was superb! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and amenities exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the location was ideal, and the staff were generally friendly and accommodating. However, we did experience one snag during our visit. One day, while my mom, being a typical caring Filipina mom, was reminding my teenage brother about what he needed to do, she unintentionally caught the attention of the cooking staff in the hallway. Unfortunately, she reprimanded her, which left my mom feeling embarrassed and upset. She even felt feverish afterwards due to the incident. While this unfortunate episode did cast a shadow on an otherwise fantastic stay, I believe it was just a misunderstanding. The hotel staff should be reminded that family dynamics can get a little lively, especially with a caring mom in the mix! Despite this hiccup, I would highly recommend Boracay Grace Hotel for its overall excellence and would consider returning again. The beach is about 15 -20 mins walk. You can ride trikes .. add to the budget ...Php 150 for 4. if you prefer the beach vibe this is not for you.

Great value for money. It's a hidden gem. The reception staff was extremely helpful and helped us in every little question we had. They also catered for a vegetarian breakfast. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to beach and also close to main road.
