Spacious room and very comfy bed! Kind staff. There were no windows in the room.

The rooms were spacious and there was daily room cleaning with free bottles of water. They also let us check in 1 hour earlier which we really appreciated because we had taken an overnight train One of the rooms was quite smelly and both bathrooms (in our 2 rooms) smelled poorly. There was quite a lot of dust around the room and some beddings had holes. The air-conditioning did not function properly in one of the rooms and the WiFi was poor overall. It was a bit noisy as well

There were ants in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. After using insect spray, the situation improved somewhat, but it was still a bit of an issue.

Simple clean rooms, nice staff & convenient location. Some nice restaurants nearby (although not that easy to walk anywhere in Malang!). Good value. The Bromo tour they organised for me was great! No fridge in the room

Location is so closed to nice cafes and restaurants. Opposite Ranch Market that has lots of good stuff. As mentioned in previous comments- bathroom has a bit kinda smell. No sound proof

The location is great there are some restaurants nearby and shops. The customer service is excellent specially Randa who was very helpful and accomodating. This made our stay easy and comfortable. Room need some maintainance

The hotel is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. There are good restaurants nearby. It is safe, and you can go out for a walk in the nearby neighborhood anytime. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Price/Comfort relation is very good, it is a very comfortable, clean, and good hotel for a great price.

Good hotel, clean and everything necessary is provided. Great central location. Excellent value for money! Would have been great if early check in could have been provided - was hard to believe that all rooms were occupied.
