From the reception, room facilities and breakfast was excellent. The wifi was good. Connected to the mall and it was the biggest in Malang. The traffic was busy, maybe because city area. Overall l would say, value for money. Like l said, the traffic was busy because in the city.

The staffs were quite nice and polite. We booked a non smoking room but the room was smell like nikotin junkies were there for the whole time. It could be due to the bad AC and non openable window. The room was dirty.

The breakfast was almost perfect, with various corners of foodies and the staff who were very helpful. 1. The bathroom door should be clean, spotless without any stains. Free from fungus is higly appreciated. 2. Some walls in the room should have been re-painted. 3. Laundry bags must be present as well.

The location is the best in town.We use to come very often.The Staff very helpfull. breakfast was fantastic as always.The amenities also great.We had free parking.We can use printer in business desk,thanks ! So far so good although the price extremely change but we understood,we're in peak season...

Location and staff were very good Rooms - furniture was awful, no cupboards or drawers, no storage whatsoever. In first room we were given. The A/C was broken and would not switch off, freezing all night until I complained and we got moved. No shoes for walking in shower and the floor was like skating on ice!!

The room was a great size and was very spacious. It was spotlessly clean, very modern and the beds were comfortable. We got into Malang at around 3am and we were able to check in at this time. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and we were especially thankful to the receptionist on our last morning who helped arranged a taxi whilst we ran late for a train!! The pool was big, clean and often empty! The location right next to a large mall was also helpful. This hotel was a great base to explore Malang. Personally for me some sunbeds around the pool would be good. There were some wooden 'huts' to sit in but they were not comfortable for very long. A sunbed or two just gives another option although I appreciate the pool was often empty. The team were also slow in responding to questions through booking.com
