The location was awesome. Close to stations like Tribunal or Grand Via. Also in the middle of shops, bars and restaurants. Walking to distance to main attractions like Sol etc. Room also had AC which was really great during the hot summer days. N/A

Perfect location: all the main sights are within walking distance, and both Gran Vía and Tribunal stations are just a five-minute walk away. The area is full of wonderful cafés, shops, and has an excellent atmosphere. The room was modern, well equipped, and the staff were extremely helpful. One drawback was the air-conditioning system. Because of the way it is designed, the windows cannot be opened. Personally, I felt a little claustrophobic having to rely solely on air-conditioned air. My room was located right next to the entrance door to our section, and I could constantly hear the door slamming until 1 a.m. or even later. In the morning, around 8 a.m., employees would start sorting bed linen or carrying out other tasks in the corridor directly outside the room, often speaking loudly. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor, and it felt as though these activities were taking place inside the room itself.

The Rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable, great beds and pillows, all clean and tidy! Property very well located near to everything, shops , cafes, restaurants. Did not have elevator (very uncomfortable if traveling with heavy or multiple bags.) that, after having to walk two blocks from the last point a car is permitted to enter. The street noise can be a thing… Walls between rooms are “hear” through… So, ???♀️?

Nice place and great location No elevator. The shower is TOO small. So is the bathroom, cant open the door completely because of the toilet.

The location was very near our focus area. The bed and pillows were super great. Although the name has petit on it, I never thought it was a very small apartment. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, at that level were you had lateral pass near the wall and toilet to get into the shower.

Cool view from the room, kind staff. Central location ?
-
Very central and clean. Bathroom super small and no elevator

Location is fenomenal , is a clean property. The room was small and very noisy … but the bed was comfortable and for the price it balanced the equation. Also is stairs you will need to take your luggage, so if you need to manage big or heavy bags it will not be comfortable.

Good location , comfortable beds and good price , they also offer coffee for breakfast Rooms are too small , shower is extremely small ,

Location is great. Considering the exorbitant hotel prices for Madrid in Christmas, this establishment was good value. Room was small but functional; it did the job.

The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from Gran Vía, which made it very convenient for walking around central Madrid. The room was very clean, and having a receptionist on-site felt like a privilege in this type of property. The shower was strong with toiletries provided and towels were available. There’s a small balcony overlooking the street, which adds charm to the space. They also offer complimentary coffee, tea, water, and morning croissants, which was a nice touch. Luggage storage was available, and they kindly held ours for the entire day after check-out. The room and bed are quite small for two people, which can feel cramped, especially if staying longer than one night. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in adjacent rooms and hallways, and noise from the street is also noticeable. It can feel claustrophobic for two people. While the location is central, the size and noise levels might not suit everyone.

No elevator we should have been told Have to walk half kilo to board taxi Rooms are very small hardly enough for 2 people

Great place, great location

Location and the price were excellent. The room and bath were tiny but we were only there for one night. The bed was very comfortable and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also quite clean. There was a very authentic Madrid feeling about the place! Some of the finishes were chipped and a bit worn.

Please add sewer glass under the sink that way it would not smell in bathroom. Room 106

Location was good and close to Metro, shopping and night life. My room was on street side which made it almost impossible to sleep. Very very loud at night. Friday night noise went on until 5am. Bathroom - to sit on toilet, I could not stand up without hitting my head on the wall. Had to sit sideways. Not great.

Location is superb. Rooms are very (very!) small.
