Great location, very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty nice. They also provided a lot of free snacks; fruit, wine, beer, water, and candy. It’s right on a street with lots of shops and things to do. Also close to a metro stop.Enjoyed our stay! The room was a bit small for two people but not bad for the price

Clean Staff Room : too small and poorly ventilated.

Overall, location was great, smack in the middle of so-called "main street". Beautiful buildings, plazas, etc. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. However, getting to hostel location was extremely difficult. The taxi driver had no idea where this location was. When finally arrived on Fuencarral Street, turned out to be no cars allowed. Had to walk for roughly 10 minutes and asked several people on address. No name of hostel, just 27 on the building above building address. Extremely frustrating.

yes, the staff and the localition was amazing. I asked for the receipt a delivery before my check'-in and they done it without any problems and keep my objects save the apartament is on the second floor, so get you cardio ready!

The location is unbeatable and the room is spacious with its own bathroom, very nice shower. Belen and her staff are great Since it’s an older building, it doesn’t have elevator and you have to climb two flights of stairs to get there. Really hard with luggage

This is our second time in this hotel and we love it. It is small but perfect, and te location is amazing. Air conditioner needs and urgent upgrade

Everything was excellent. What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff, they were truly welcoming and made our stay even better. The location is unbeatable, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience.

The price and location could not be beat! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable (and we took up 3 of their few rooms) No soundproofing, it was very loud. The shower water was not very warm. Literally no other complaints. For the price and location it was fantastic!

Fabulous location! We were walking distance to everything that we wanted to do/see in Madrid. The staff was so friendly, and we enjoyed the "home-y" feeling of the room. We arrived in Madrid early in the morning, and the hotel staff was happy to store our bags for us until the room was ready! They even brough our bags into the room for us before we checked in. The free snacks, water and drinks in the fridge was a nice touch, too. Would stay again for sure! Thank you! Nothing! It was a great stay!

Neat with free goodies in the room. Small but well located suited our purpose for a one night stay for our next day flight.

Location, staff, confort, and ambience ?

Perfect location, super clean place, very friendly receptionists, loads of fruits, tea, coffee, and chocolate. You could feel they really care about you having a comfortable stay :)

Helpful staff allowed early drop off of luggage and called taxi for airport for us. Loaner umbrellas for rainy day. In room coffee/tea making facilities and refrigerator. Complementary fruit and bottled water. Shower was good, but small. Shower door was difficult to open and close. No elevator (as expected); not too much of a problem if you don't have too much luggage and are in reasonably good physical condition.. Location on a major pedestrian way made for a fairly noisy room.
