Excellent location and front desk staff very helpful at check-in for early check in. There was a constant smell of deodorizer. perhaps owing to mold in the room. There were traces of mold in the closet and I took pictures of the mold stains in the room.

Beautiful facility and exceptional service from the staff. Room was perfect and clean. Too far from most attractions in the city. Needed to take a cab wherever we went.

Staff and service was wonderful, so very helpful the Hotel was so beautiful and grounds very nice, It would of been nice if the Hotel had a gift store, maybe some nice restaurants close by in walking distance.

We love IHG hotels. The room was spacious and I loved all the mirrors ?. Handy when someone was in the bathroom. The pillows were so soft too. The concierge told us about a specialty paella restaurant nearby and was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices! A bit far away from the main centre of Madrid & attractions so we got a taxi back as our legs had worn out. ?
