rooms are a bit small, and the taxi can’t park you in front of the hotel they gotta do it in the street and you have to walk a bit with your luggage to get to the hotel

1. Reception on the 9th floor 2. Small entrada with inadequate hotel signs 3. Our room entrance was through the bathroom 4. Bathroom design is inefficient. In trying to separate shower, toilet, bathtub and wash basin a lot of space is wasted. 5. The toilet and showering area have no places to hang clothes.

We had an excellent stay at the Montera Madrid Curio Collection by Hilton. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect location and outstanding service — we will definitely return on our next visit to Madrid!

The stuff are so friendly and helpful The rooms are soooooo small , the location is amazing but there is no sound proof walls we could hear everything in the street and the couples living next and above us the is no privacy at all
