Room needs an upgrade. Beds are not comfortable. Some rooms don't have a bidet, and have bad soundproofing. You can hear people walking and chatting in the lobby and and even the toilet flushing from the other room! There were also no coffee and tea provisions in the room, nor a mini fridge,

The staff was wonderful.The location was perfect and the breakfast was outstanding.Couldn't ask for anything better. Unfortunately, the rooms were small and not really updated. Very sparse, but the bed was comfortable and it suited our needs.

Breakfast was as good as other hotel with the same rating, but what is not good is that it closes at 10:30 and at 10 the waiters are telling you that all food service is stopped so to hurry and get what is needed otherwise no more service. NOT A GOOD felling when you are being rushed. you are paying for a service and as service givers your staff should be willing to stay and give service not rush clients. Mínimum breakfast should be open until 11:30. People are on vacation and get up late. 9-10 and do not expect to be rushed to finish their breakfast by 10.00 AM. stated above

I have to say for an Affiliated by Meliá this is a disaster of a property. Check in took over 30 minutes, the room AC was not working and we were giving two fans. I have pictures to show as proof, first floor windows were so bad I can hear perfect conversations downstairs. The toilet was clogged and the shower was leaking water all over the place. This seem to fit a property worthy of one star. I was unable to sleep more than 10 minutes straight and I have pictures to show that we were4 given two fans to sleep the night. A complete disaster of a hotel and experienced. AC not working, windows lack insulation, toilet was clogged, shower was leaking water from poor installation. If you are giving the first floor, please run and abort and just go to another property since you will not sleep at all.
