Friendly staff. They upgraded our room and allowed us early check in. Apartment is fantastic. Enormous and comfy bed. Bathroom is large and well equipped. Walk in closet for all our stuff. Also, excellent location near metro station.

Very nice, staff was extremely helpful and for a handicap accent in the world class Hotel that I’ve seen ever everything was accessible and available It was a little far from downtown, not undoable but just a little expensive take cabs

Very clean and comfortable. Staff (especially Maria) was super helpful and friendly during the whole stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is nice looking, breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. They didn’t offered slippers (they said they don’t have any) and we got towels only for one person. The pillows were not good for us (they were too soft), but this is a personal opinion because we have back problems.

The rooms were small, the air conditioning was set to 25C, despite me asking to make the room cooler as I was on medication that was increasing my body temperature. I would wake up at night in sweat. It was an awful experience. Eventually they changed rooms, and you could hear your neighbor at 1am taking, laughing and intimate. At 7am the hammering and drilling started. For the price I paid for 7 nights, I expect better service and facilities. I won't be staying with them.again.

I was impressed by the generous size of the room and the diverse food options for breakfast. The room and its floor were cold, even with the heating on. The bathroom facing the main bed is a design flaw, especially since the door could easily have been placed near the room’s entrance. The room was barely cleaned, and the cleaning staff were not very friendly. I tried to make myself some tea, but the coffee machine dispensed water with coffee residue. The mattress definitely needs replacing, and we could hear children running and screaming in the room above. We also got stuck in the elevator, though the staff responded quickly.

The location close to my family It has bus and metro stop ver close. Rooms are not noise isolated. Could hear bathrooms, corridors. That wasn’t nice at all.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, comfortable bed but too small. The room was VERY cold. The air conditioning controlled it, but not completely. The beds were very small. The bathroom was very poor. Bathrooms in this chain are usually fine, but not in this hotel. There was only one product for washing everything—hands, body, and hair.

The location was perfect - less than 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Alfonso XIII - Line 4), a public carpark literally in the basement, a supermarket (Mercadona) close by as well as a nice cafe for breakfast (should you choose not to go with the hotel's). The room was quite a nice size for two people (we had a queen sized bed configuration) and the toilet had ample space to move around in. The sound-proofing of the rooms could be improved - we could hear the TV of the next room as well as the vacuuming every morning when the staff starts cleaning up the rooms... the toilet seat in our room was also a bit wonky...
