Good location for this type of hotel, nearby you can find some cafes, groceries, supermarkets, lots of bakery’s and just 200m from Metro. Hotel quite nice and newer. Good parking garage just 18€ a day, 150m from hotel. Good enough Spanish style breakfast

The UVE Marcenado is located near the metro and several bars, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. There are dress shops and a good variety of other stores, plus wine shops and delicious bakeries. I enjoy walking around the whole area. I have even walked to the center of Madrid, which takes about 75 very pleasant minutes, if it is in the spring and not hot. UVE has a very complete and fresh breakfast, including hard to resist chocolate pastries. It is priced so reasonably that you'd be unable to find any comparable breakfast for nearly twice the price. What I most enjoy about the UVE are the following: quiet location practical location wonderful air conditioning that I can set the temperature for myself a small refrigerator an easy to use safe in the closet very clean hotel and rooms good lighting in the room good black out curtains good beds: probably perfect for most people. I sleep best on a REALLY soft bed, which these are not. However, I slept well. a room with good design, though somewhat small for two people with larger luggage a large window that opens for fresh air in the mornings before it gets hot later hot water in the shower, usually (not very hot while everyone else is showering) bathroom sink large enough to wash out clothing bathroom large enough to put up clothes drying line or two responsive and friendly staff no issues with noises from nearby rooms no icky stinks in the bathrooms from the drains large screen tv with some English programs and the ability to watch NETFLIX, I believe We have stayed at other hotels in Madrid for the same price with fewer conveniences and pleasantries. This is not a fancy hotel. The rooms are not decorated, but that does not matter to us at all. There is so much to look at outside of the hotel room, that the room feels like a haven of tranquility after a long day out and about. We have stayed there three times (in '25 and '26) for a total of about 25 days, with no issues. For a couple with two larger bags, there is not quite enough room for ease and comfort. Not bad with carry-on bags, though.

Clean and comfortable room with a lovely staff. Price is a bit high.

Front desk staff is Super nice. This was my first time in Spain and I will never forget the hospitality of the hotel staff. Always smiling and always ready to help in every way possible. I was Madrid to see Real Madrid play their last game of the season and I got my tickets delivered to the hotel reception while I was in my home country. Hotel staff emailed me few times on their own to give me the updates about my tickets. Great great people. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Metro is like 6 mins walk. Good breakfast. Clean room and toilet will necessqry supplies replaced daily. Nothing to complain.

It’s okay. Location

The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and quite big. The staff was polite and helpful with getting in/out the nearby parking garage. The area is pretty good, there are lots of shops, cafes and transport means nearby. The breakfast was nothing special, I have no idea why it's rated as exceptional. It would have been nice to have more extra pillows, only had one extra in the closet. The bathroom door might have as well been missing at it leaves very little to the imagination as to what is going on in there.

Everything was excellent. It has everything and more for a 4star hotel.
