The room was different from the picture of the one we booked so we had to upgrade and pay more. The premium from looked much bigger at the picture then it really was, it was tine and straight. Besides the wrong size of the room it was ok

the hotel is very beautiful, the room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is very attentive and friendly We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel, we felt the care of the staff and their willingness to help, if we come to Madrid again, we will only stay in this hotel! The only small drawback of our room was the very small and uncomfortable toilet

Magnificent hotel facilities and amenities, very clean rooms, food and beverages were excellent, staff were highly professional, attentive and very friendly especially the 7th floor reception truly made our stay pleasant, swift arrival and checkout process. Great experience overall cant find anything to complain about, I look forward to staying at Fenix Gran Melia again Cant find anything to complain about
