Excellent staff
-
Location/neighborhood Very aged and worn out. It was extremely expensive for the quality of the premises and the condition.
-
Great location Too small beds , a little uncomfortable
-
The photos should match the property, so the expectations are clearly managed. The hotel is pretty basic, nothing like the photos. Bed linen and pillows pretty run down. Bathroom doesn´t have a proper door. It´s more like a 3 star hotel.

location was great, room a little old but very clean and everything work perfectly. the bathroom was perfect it was all good

It has a great location. I think that is why it has guests. I had a very disappointing stay at Petit Palace President Castellana. A severely neglected hotel in very poor condition, with rusted bathrooms, peeling walls and damaged finishes, uncomfortable beds and rock-hard pillows, below-average cleanliness, a dirty lobby with broken tiles, and ineffective air conditioning that cannot be adjusted to cool the room—even when temperatures suddenly rise. I would not recommend staying here.
-
The room was not propperly cleaned. Also there wasnt a floor towel sonwhen you took a shower it was easy to get everyhing wet
-
Staff ver friendly and professional. Did not gave us 1 bed as we asked. Room was old, had mold in bathroom, should be kept better. Elevator and hallway should be cleaner. Room was too hot. Called to have ac turned on, they said this time a year they could not and to open the window. The window gave view to a dirty area, not the best
-
The location is wonderful, in the heart of Serrano, walking distance to restaurants, stores, beautiful places, the people is very nice
-
It’s very well located and very affordable prices We’ve been staying here for almost 3 years in a row, this time we booked two dates and we asked for help to storage our luggage between dates and the charged us something around €80 euros
-
Best Location to stay in Madrid. All restaurants nearby. Fancy and non fancy restuarants.
-
It was not a four star. Needs update
-
Very old facilities.
-
There was no air — the window was broken and the AC was turned off. It was very stuffy, we couldn’t sleep at night and all they gave us in return was 3 water bottles.
-
The location They gave us a terrible room. The rooms are old. Too much noise in the morning.
-
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. More English options on the Television would have been nice but I understand it can be tough to get English channels in Spain.
-
Nothing special. The rooms are very small, not comfortable specially the bed.
