the room was pretty clean, great location. If you're looking for privacy the shower is visible. so it won't be good for you. The room Is pretty dark at all times. didn't enjoy the dark theme of the entire hotel

Overall experience was perfect! I liked everything! The staff were very kind, there was 24-hour help at the front, and Sabrina was so kind that it made our stay welcoming! The room was cute, and I enjoyed the large bathroom. At night, I couldn't hear other people in their rooms, and my rest was peaceful! I would come again! I wish there were rooms for more than two people. If there were, I didn't widen my own search.

The location was great. Almost everywhere is within walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. I can stay there if I’ll come back to Madrid again WiFi wasn't working very efficiently.

The location is great, just in the city center, very good area. You have everything around, shops, restaurants, mall. everything is walking distance. I enjoyed the place a lot. Staff is super nice, you even have a coffee shop connected to the hotel downstairs. I requested for a queen size bed. Which was in the options I was provided with when I booked (deluxe queen or twin) and did not receive it which I found disappointing as I don't find is comfortable to sleep in two small beds connected. I requested this before arriving at the hotel few days in advance.

Immediate hospitality when you check-in. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in their friendly manner. Place is placed in an excellent area of access. Would definitely go here again!
