The room was very large and even included an iron. I had hung a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the outside door knob, but cleaning staff CAME INTO MY ROOM ANYWAY. I felt violated. I stayed for only two nights and do not need to waste resources for a short stay. Very disappointed the staff entered my room when I had clearly indicated NOT to do so.

We had coffee and sugar in our room, but having no water in the room is unacceptable.

The bedroom was spacious, clean, I arrived at 4:00 am and the front desk found me an available room for a fee so I could check in and rest, the hotel offers robes, slippers and basic toilettries The safe and a light didn’t work, they fixed it within 3-4 hours of me requesting them ti be fixed. Its more further from what I thought and although there is a subway station right outside, every-time I used it the designated station to off board was many blocks away

Very friendly staff! They let us check in 2 hours early and upgraded us to a junior suite, courtesy of the hotel! Had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city. Very clean and easy to navigate. 3 elevators so even though we were on the top floor, lifts were always available.

I give a 10 to the breakfast they offer! Room was an excellent size. Lightning was good. Could have used more seating area, only had one chair. Beds were very firm. AC had already been turned off which was a bit uncomfortable because it was a bit warm in the room so needless to say you had to have the window open in the room in order to have some air circulation. Which meant you had alot of noise from the outside. Housekeeping staff Excellent! No AC in the room had alread been turned off for the season. Not much seatiing in the room. Beds too firm.

The space, tbe decoration, the friendliness of the staff. The location despite the proximity to the metro..One has to walk 15 minutes to find a more typically animated Madrid street.

The location was ideal and in route to the airport using a uber/taxi. it is very close to the metro station Cartagena, and on a 10/15 mins walking distance from one of the main stations Av Americas. There are convenience stores very close by and a lovely restaurant in the lobby. The scent of the hotel was not my favorite, everything was clean but the perfume was very overpowering.

The hotel is nicely located with easy access to public transport and taxis. The staff is exceptionally friendly and obliging. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfy. The hotel has a nice bar and serves a super breakfast.
