They gave me a special room with easy access, and the staff were very welcoming. The room is beautiful, with a glass floor revealing hidden old ruins underneath, which makes it feel really unique and special.

The property was in a great spot. The first night we stayed the AC worked well and one person in our party got cold. The only covers on the beds was a sheet. I asked for a blanket. The staff member that I asked said that was a ridiculous request considering it’s 40 degrees. I said yes, but the AC works well. He scoffed at me and said it’s a ridiculous request. When we got home from dinner our AC wasn’t working. I checked with ChatGPT and it walked me through some things to get it back online. It did not work. It then said that the only other option was that the hotel locked the AC to be controlled by them. We asked the staff. They said the same thing. That the control panel had been locked at that temperature by the hotel staff and there was nothing to do to fix it until the next day. The temperature in the room said it was 88 degrees but it felt much hotter. The staff was rude and none of my inquiries or messages were answered. I will never stay here again. Terrible hospitality. Terrible service. And no sleep due to the hot temperatures.

We absolutely loved the hotel, everything about it. The staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, the room was really nice and the location was amazing. Didn’t love the bathroom set up, but we lived with it

Great location in a charmful quiet street a couple of minutes away form Plaza Mayor and major sites in Madrid. Almost everything is walking distance or a short bus ride away. Easy check in, very comfortable bed and great shower. The view from the room was fantastic

Staff The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. However, my initial room was located near the restaurant, making it very noisy—I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights. Unfortunately, I also found a rat in the room. After reporting this, they moved me to a much better room, which improved my stay significantly.

A stay at this property is an 'experience' as it's located in a posada, you can feel the history behind and enjoy some food & drinks in the same complex. Excellent location, stone's throw from Mercado & Plaza Mayor. Staff was friendly, doing their best to keep you satisfied. I was happy with my room and everything was fine. Particularly satisfied with Clarins bathroom amenities. -

Ripoff. Price was way TOOOO MUCH for value provided. Also, we were charged about $48 extra, more than what was promised while booking. We would like a refund of this. Thanks.

It is minor considering the cost vs value ratio but having to enter through the bar is not ideal as you have to climb over people to get to the rooms at night.

Location was great. I could visit everywhere by walking. the Hotel is located in a busy area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops but the room is very calm, and I couldn't hear any noise. I wish I had chosen a bigger room with the balcony. The room was a little small. I had dinner in the restaurant of hotel, and it was delicious. breakfast is simple but I felt comfortable having my breakfast in the hotel rather than outside The room was small and no view to outside.
