close to bus and metro,it’s a city centre nothing to complain about

Perfect location.The Staff at reception were very helpful. The outdoor terrace in the center of Madrid was a perfect place to sit and relax after a long day walking.I have stayed here a few times and will return here again for the above reasons.

Super early checkin, great terrace, perfect location for most of the attractions museums and bars, wonderful staff Rooms are in different parts of the building but you don't get the key to get there, so you have to ask the staff to open the door to your part every time you want to get to your room

Eveeything near, lots of restaurants. Wifi problems, no internet.

They were able to speak english and check in and check put was simple. Also they always buzz you into building late night seconds after you hit button.. It was as advertised.. the toilet ran slightly so I had to close the door to keep from hearing the sound..

The room was clen and comfortable. The AC worked well. The location was ideal but the noise from the other guests made sleep impossible, There was a terrace outside my window and twice during the night between 4 AM and 6 AM groups of people were out there loudly speaking making it impossible to sleep.

Excellent location: lots of shops, markets, restaurants, museums, parks, subway stations are all within walking distance. Staff are very helpful and polite. Our room was luminous and clean. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel also has a small terrace with a nice view. Although we had heating in our room, we could not control it as it was controlled by the hotel. We prefer to be in control of the temperature of the room we are staying in.

Good location and overall a decent stay. The place was clean and everything worked fine. Nothing particularly impressive, but for the price, it was fair and met expectations. A practical choice if you’re looking for something simple and convenient. n/a

Convenient location to Puerta de Atocha train station.

Location is not for family (Gay Town, they need to mention it in the description), and to park or arrive with car is too much complicated

The bed was not that comfortable. But it was just for one night.

All about the room and Hostal is good, i try to stay here everytime that i travel to Madrid. About Location, it's perfect if you want to stay in Citycenter and go by walk or Metro/Bus to anywhere. I recommend absolutelly, but, sure, it's not a 5 stars Hotel, but for sure it's perfect combination between price and tourism achieves. Kind regards to the Staff! Pablo from Chile.
