Perfect location, good water pressure, and comfortable bed ! Everyone was so nice

Great location, great access to public transport, great access to local food and shopping, as well as nearby local attractions The street below is quite noisy and bright, ear plug were provided, and it obviously comes with the area

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location. It’s just off Puerta del Sol, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of Madrid’s main monuments and attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel was clean throughout, and I appreciated the 24-hour coffee, tea, and snack room on the lower level. My room was also very clean, larger than I expected, and had a modern, updated feel with a nice bathroom. That said, I felt the hotel was overpriced for a one-night stay and didn’t quite live up to its advertised 3-star rating. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, especially when I asked about arranging a taxi to the Madrid bus terminal the following morning. I also found the hotel’s photos somewhat misleading. If there is a rooftop terrace as shown in the pictures, it was never mentioned to me during my stay. For comparison, I stayed at B&B Plaza Mayor a couple of years ago. While the room there wasn’t as updated, the overall experience was more enjoyable because the front desk staff were noticeably more professional, welcoming, and helpful.

Located seconds from Plaza Sol and subway access! Staff was professional and so helpful. Room was small, but it was large enough for a solo traveler which worked for me. There are larger rooms that prob accommodate 1+ as I saw some on my floor while they were being cleaned.

The staff was very friendly. The location, although not silent, was central and easy to get around from. The water pressure was great in the shower. Plenty of space in the room for a solo traveler. Daily pastry delivered to the door was a delightful treat. The deadbolt in the room would not lock. You also had to intentionally push or pull the door all the way closed to latch the door.

Wonderful room with huge bed ,very comfy! Spotless clean and we loved all the treats.

The location was great. Although, very close to a busy street and next to a police station with a lot of noise. The breakfast was disappointing. snacks only. And not many options for a good breakfast to start the day. Also, the doors to the rooms did not close all the way when leaving, you had to make sure you pulled shut tightly.

The only annoying thing when trying to get him there was always a group of people trying to get to the rooftop of the hotel and would the entrance of the hotel

What did I like? EVERYTHING! The hotel is clean, the crew was amazing, location 10/10, rooms are clean, have all the needed facilities. The hotel has small lounge in -1 where you can grab food and drinks for free 24/7. N/A

Friendly and helpful staff, PERFECT location to easily walk to or take public transportation to all parts of the city, comfortable bed and plenty of space for 2 people The open concept shower; everything became wet or humid because it was an open shower and there was no fan in the bathroom.

Location was so convenient Rooms were compact

Great location right off Sol. The wifi is fast and the room's Chromecast worked with no issue. The rooftop restaurant can be accessed via the hotel elevator without having to exit to access the public one. The delivery of water and pastries to my door every morning was an extremely pleasant surprise. There's no kettle or coffee maker in the room, but the basement has a 24h area with tea, coffee, and snacks.
