The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water. The location was a bit far from the main attractions in the city, but there was a nearby metro station that made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were of high quality. Overall, the experience was very positive. Although there was a mini market right next to the hotel and a pastry shop nearby, dining options within walking distance were somewhat limited. Most of the restaurants near the metro station seemed fairly simple, and the better-rated restaurants we came across in travel guides and online reviews were a short metro ride away. This was not a significant inconvenience, but I had expected the hotel to be closer to the heart of Salamanca when I booked it. Overall, the location was good, though slightly farther from central Salamanca than I anticipated.

This stay was amazing. We had a horrible flight and the hotel accommodated our very early check in the day of. It was so amazing and appreciated!! We loved Madrid and will absolutely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a great place to relax while adjusting!

It was really very good. Just what we needed

they took our toothbrushes in housekeeping and didnt put new ones for two days which was really weird

Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is amazingly helpful The property is not located in a great neighborhood but it is very close to all kinds of public transportation

Check in process was quick and the room was nice. The room is a little dated but comfortable. I really liked that I could open the window for fresh air, as well as the shutters. The restaurant and food was good, I especially liked the breakfast. Staff was lovely. The hotel seems to be in a residential neighborhood, which is close to our office so not a problem for me. Considering I was on a work trip, I was hoping for a better WiFi connection but I found myself using my phone's hotspot to get work done. Also, the TV is not a smart TV, so you can not cast shows on it. The TV channels are, understandably, primarily in Spanish.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Enrique, who kindly arranged an early check-in for me. Later that day, I received an email about my flight being canceled, which was quite stressful. Fortunately, Irene went above and beyond—she looked up the airline’s contact information and even called them on my behalf. Thanks to her support, I was able to relax and not worry about handling everything myself. Truly outstanding service! Irene muchas gracias por tus atenciones! N/A
