Good price, close to airport! The staff is kind and helpful, however the floors were so dirty in my hotel room that my feet immediately turned black!

Great staff. David is always very welcoming. Nice clean and quiet room. Easy parking and walkable to other places to access services. Great value as well as pleasant experience.

Price was good location is good. Clean enough towels and clean bed, excellent A/C. Breakfast is toast and butter donuts and coffee. Milk available for the coffee and sugar. It was clean for a 2.5 hotel No critters so that was great.

Comfortable bed and quite during evening

The only reason I was moved was because the shower handle in the original room was completely broken. When I reported that, the front desk did switch me — credit for addressing a functional problem. But the contrast was striking: a broken fixture got immediate action, while the sanitation issue (which should never have existed) would have likely been ignored. The second room was marginally better, but the experience had already soured me. No proactive communication, no apology, no indication pest control was being addressed. Front desk manner was indifferent — transactional, not hospitable. Pros: Front desk moved me for the broken shower handle. Cons: Roach evidence in original room; no proactive sanitation standards; indifferent service; no pest follow-up.

I got a 1 queen bed room. The room was alot smaller than I imagined which was disappointing but I got a good deal. I have to say the room was very clean and well kept which made up for the room size. The staff was very friendly.

Misleading website, no airport transportation. Very Rude staff. Dirty room and shower. Outside was dirty and felt unsafe. No toilet paper.

Everything It was dirty The beds had cigarette burns in them and stains. Also mice turds in the bed. The sink had mold The bathtub was nasty. The windows were covered up with plywood.

Cleanliness was a serious problem. Our socks were black from walking on the carpet. The shower curtain was absolutely disgusting and hadn’t been washed in months. We had to purchase deodorizer and room spray just to make the room bearable. It also had the loudest air conditioner unit I’ve ever heard.

Only complaint would be overnight staff could use some more training but the hotel itself is great. No issues.

A lot

The staff were great. I didn't expect much, based on price, but the building and rooms are in need of repairs. Our room was clean on the surface but needed a deep clean in the bathroom. I understand repairs can be costly, so to an extent I understand the need. We had a toilet issue and they were quick to fix it, so it was okay. We didn't do much at the hotel except sleep, and it was good for that.

Fire alarm went off at Saturday 8 in the morning and kept going for hour and half, also, rooms smell terrible!

There was no breakfast Bathtub was dirty, had to ask several times for towels, staff was pleasant.

Close to the basketball stadium we was attending Walked into the room 1st things I saw was cockroaches coming up and down the wall and the floor was wet and holes everywhere I stepped
