Management stole my deposit

It was clean and updated inside

It was raining but the room was clean and had no issues.

The bed was comfy Front desk clerk didn’t make me feel welcome, she did not display any customer service skills and when I mentioned that to her she got a upset and began to vent about being employed there for 5 years without any benefits, she then stated that she didn’t have to accept my reservation because I was the cause of her behavior towards me. I informed her that I have work in customer service for half of my career so I know how to make your customers feel valued and I did not feel that coming from her when I approached the desk. She finally accepted my payment and gave me a key room, I did not realize that the room was the last room on the second floor when it was clearly obvious that the hotel had low occupancy with very little cars parked there. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

The AC wasn’t cold enough

there were prostitutes and a shooting that happened right outside my room and i had to leave before 12am even hit. complete waste of money, don’t even know if i got my deposit back. didn’t even get to sleep.
