Location close to ICLA; and terrific staff — from Hina and Philippe at the front desk, to the maintenance gentleman who is right at your room, day and evening, in 2 minutes if you need a light bulb changed, or help operating an appliance or TV.

Location and quietness. Love the hardwood floors and the bathroom tile. The pillows were too soft. There was an old smell to the room not sure if it was because of the furniture.

This property is amazing! It’s quiet, it feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the UCLA area, it’s safe. The staff is great, responsive. It has all the amenities for a peaceful stay
