I appreciated so much the thoughtfulness of the rooms and the details that made me feel special during my stay. The room wasn’t huge, but what it lacked in size it more than made up for in quality, The attention to lighting and decoration in the room was noticed and appreciated. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the room was quiet. I slept amazing. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve encountered. Simple, but of good quality. Great stay. I would come back for sure. I really liked the garden space, but wish I didn’t have to get there in such a circuitous way,

Location, style, service and comfort.

Excellent location, cute hotel. Good sized rooms. Could use a table/desk in the room. Nice lobby area and decent pastries for breakfast. Coffee machine was ok - but better coffee around the corner at a local cafe. Easy access to Target, Trader Joes. Good place to stay for helping student move in to UCLA. Parking - not covered.

The staff here were great. We were able to check in early at no extra cost, they were very friendly and very helpful. The downstairs area was great with a coffee and tea station Decor is beautiful The bedding in our room was damp

The place was clean and the staff were super helpful. Comfy beds but the sheets were a bit damp. The room could also use an additional trash can. Overall very pleasant stay.

Very cozy, boutique like setting. Showers were great. Bed was cozy.

Disappointing

An absolutely charming well appointed hotel… I truly enjoyed my stay … bed pillows were comfortable… breakfast bar and coffee wonderful… needed a quick one night stay.. will definitely return.

We used to come here and it was lovely! What a shock at what it has become- we had to leave in the middle of the night bc we found bed bug larvae in our bed!!!

Location! All good.

We travel to Cedar Sanai every other month. When available, we love to stay at Palihotel. The continental breakfast is delicious with fresh large croissants. The concierge helped with stored luggage and our room preference. The valet was a fantastic help with both our luggage and car. The staff is impeccable and surround their guests with loveliness.

We’ve been staying here for over five years whenever we visit LA. We’ve always had excellent experiences with this location. The desk staff are very welcome and kind. The room was comfortable and well-decorated. And we love the shower! The coffee service in the lobby in the mornings is an added delight. We enjoy the close proximity to eateries, cafes, and the Hammer Museum. We will definitely return to Palihotel Westwood.
