The staff where friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about location and things to do. The stair case is narrow but lets face it you cant widen the building !

Very clean! Perfect location close to the train station and metro station, super easy to locate. A lot of nice restaurants around. I was there on the heat wave and there is no airco in the room, but this is written here, so we knew it before hand. It was actually fine to sleep :) the ventilation in the bathroom is really loud

Great location just minutes from King’s Cross Saint Pancras, nice view from the window, even in a small double we had all the facilities (kettle, hanging space etc), main reason for our booking being for the baggage hold. During our stay it was very warm but given the temperatures it was to be expected.

Great location. Very easy to access and staff were the best. We had 2 35C days during our stay and the rooms was very hot. A small fan was provided but there’s no air con and very low movement of air through the window. Ideally a fan to draw in the overnight cool air would be great.

Location to station Room was ridiculously small no room to walk round bed etc,no air con at all which is a disgrace considering London gets hot in summer, kettle but had to use shower to fill, fan supplied after request which was no use at all extremely uncomfortable night which resulted in London trip being cut short down to lack of ability to have a good night's sleep

Location (so close to Kings Cross). Staff is friendly. Have stayed here multiple times and can always drop luggage early and enjoy the day before check in. Love the windows (no air con) that fully open.

Location was great. Room was a pretty good size for the price. Comfortable beds It definitely felt a bit dilapidated and the bathroom smelled very damp.
