The location was a great point that you could easily access the subway line. There was a mall that offered a few good food restaurants that were good for families and or couples. The rooms were clean, there was a 24hr concierge desk accessible via WhatsApp and was a great area for either business or pleasure travel. Hotel was central to getting around the city by subway and the waterfront view was amazing. I absolutely feel that the hotel fell short in one major area. There was no fridge in the room which if you’re travelling with medications needing refrigeration, do not stay here. The concierge desk will hold your meds but they are not properly refrigerated and I personally lost $3000 worth of medications which I trusted them to store after giving detailed instructions regarding their refrigeration. Absolutely annoyed which is way beyond “did not like!”

Wonderful stay at Tribe London I had an incredible stay at Tribe London. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect. It is very close to Canary Wharf Station, making it easy to travel by metro to all the major attractions in the city. The area is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars nearby. It felt lively, safe, and welcoming, with lots of people around. The hotel’s restaurant was a great addition, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I missed was having a fridge in the room, as that would have been very helpful. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Tribe London! It would be great to have a fridge in the room

The location is perfect for all attractions, tube station 5 min walk. Lots of eateries and bars close by, too! The staff were very helpful, the room comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Nothing

Small room & bathroom, you needed to leave the bathroom door open if you wanted to get ready because it was claustrophobic. Also the bed was extremely small for 2 people.

Modern, new, clean. Very convenient for concert at O2. But also a great location for visiting the city centre! Neighborhood is very nice, safe. There are lots of cafes and restaurants.

Location You need to pay a huge amt for gym. Even a small hotel has a working gym

Great staff, beautiful place and location. The price is high but I love staying there when I go to MCM London The price, also our room was a little tight. My biggest issue is there was no fridge.

Room was comfortable & clean WIFI connection was very slow

I like the location as I travelled with a pet and lots of space to walk. The bathroom didn’t steam up. I asked for a bowl and bed for my pet 3 times and didn’t get the bowl until about an hour before check out. The room was very small, an actual box. Lots of noise on the corridor outside of the room. Staff.

Easy location in Canary Wharf. Quiet rooms and comfy bed. The room did not feel clean, the floor wasn’t clean and the bathroom was not clean, it had stains down the door. This made me feel very uncomfortable about general hygiene of my room.

No refrigerator, no bedside tables/shelves. No utilities (like single use items e.g. ear buds) and no sockets in bathroom
