We stayed there for the location which was near to the O2 arena. The room was very clean including the en-suite. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and beverages. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best hotel bed I have slept in for a while.

Room was modern and fairly clean. Location was convenient near metro and DLR. No fridge in the room. Carpet was a bit dirty.

The hotel was located in a great place. It was close to the underground. Around the hotel, there are several good cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious for London. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower gel in the room was quite useless. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

The TV remote is not working properly. The shower steady is broken.

Location was great. Room had good facilities, but looked tired. We had everything we needed in the room. Bathroom needed a refresh.

It’s a good location for canary wharf access! You cannot check in until 3pm, they are very strict about that. Employees were on their phones or talking with other employees while lots of customers were waiting to check in. The bacon at breakfast…streaky bacon should be crispy.

If you do pay for breakfast be prepared if like a large breakfast as plates are very small

Little bit snelly in reception area toilets they were clean but the smell was a little too much

close to DLR,air conditioned,free WiFi not many shops round hotel to be able to purchase water/snacks hotel didn’t have any vending machines,tv despite says casting did not let us connect phone at all so couldn’t watch anything that wasn’t BBC1 or ITV

This hotel is walking distance to many food and transport options, a quieter option for getting around. Bed was comfy and the room clean. Sid and the rest of the staff were great, very obliging and helpful. Needs a bit of maintenance

good location and price. Beds comfortable, breakfast ok bathroom smelt like an open sewer staff not the most friendly ....... but hey, it was cheap!!

The situation is good and we went out for a walk, me and the family, and I left a charger cable and did not find it after we returned at night and searched and did not find the cable. We also searched the bags and did not find two perfumes inside the bags. The situation is strange in that hotel, and the hotel management was informed and the visit will not be repeated.

The room was not clean. Stains on carpet - not vacuumed. Had to ask for hand towels. Smell to the room.
